Inconvenience in Travelling in reservation coaches by MST Holders

Sir,

I am always travelling through rail with resevation to make journey comfortable for my family and i m happy with rail services provided by you spacially Delhi Kota route but Delhi Rewari route is worst route for journey in reservation coaches because of MST holders forcely sitting on resevred berths and not leaving after many requests and also standing in passage in large number and shouting till reaching Rewari Station.

All passangers having reservation facing this problem.

Is it allow to MST holder travelling in Superfast train in Reservation Coach.

Train conductor also disapear till Rewari.

On 24 July I am travelling in 2981 Chetak Express from DEE station with my family, I heared an announcement that RNT Passanger train late 2 hours so that Chetak Express will stops all stations till Rewari Jn. and all passangers who having ordiniary ticket can travelling through Chetak Exp.

After this announcement all MST holders forcely sittes in resrved berths and passangers who having reservation standing and requesting to leave the seat but MST holders saying "This is now passanger train till Rewari so that these are not reservation coaches and not reserved berths, these are only ordiniary seat till rewari". I am sitting with my wife and little chiled but this is worst journey in my life.

MST holders was also sitting on roof of train and pulling chain many times.

Is this fair in view of Railway?

Is Railway self following its rules?

We are taking reservation for our convenience and expecting railway to provide us better services but facing more inconvenience then ordiniary class.

My heartly request to you please give a serios look on this matter.

With Regards

India Is Great
