My complaint is regarding the reserved seat transfered to other person. On 31-oct, my mother (Name - Shanti, Age - 51) was travelling from ghaziabad to phaphund in Gomti Express (Train Number - 2420). She has reservation in 2S class (second seating) in D2 coach at 30 number seat. Due to heavy crowd and rush at ghaziabad station and in train, she reached at her seat after 30-40 minutes with lots of trouble (Before Khurja Station, she was at her seat and khurja is the first stop after ghazibad).
She found that, another person has been alloted the same seat by TTE (TTE Name - Mr. A.K. Srivastava). When she asked TTE about her seat, TTE misbehaved and used wrong wording (like - "tum kya kar logi? ") and some very harsh and bad comments (which i can not mention here).
I request you to take necessary action against TTE Mr. A.K. Srivastava so that he can learn some manners and come to know, how to behave with passengers and respected citizens of our country.
