Ac debited but ticket not booked

Dear Sir/Madam

I have booked an online railway ticket from IRCTC.CO.IN from LTT to Raipur in the name of Mr. Subodh Kumar Padhi dated 18/01.

But the ticket has not been booked and my sbi account no (20010999612) has been debited.

I checked my online account, it showed the status as sucess and the reference no is IG38709819.

So please do the needful and refund my amount to my account.
