Not getting user name

I had applied username for booking the railway ticket six month back and yesteday on my E-mail id [email protected] and my Mobile No. 9545061779. But tii today i could not get any response from irctc. I am regular railway passenger. Iam wasting lot of money on agents who is booking railway tickets. When i registered yesterday i received a message saying that my mobile no is already registered.

Kindly sent me username verification through my E mail id and through Mobile at the earliest.
