IRCTC TDR
Non receipt of refund even after lapse of 6 months

I have filed TDR on internet against PNR No.4236285157 Transaction I.D- 0429764012 on 15 Jan. TDR status is shown as "forwarded to CCM/CR Railway" against reference no. IRCTC [#689839]. despite a lapse of over 6 months the refund has not been credited into my bank account. such delays must be checked personally by the CCM/Refund, Northern Railways, New Delhi and take remedial measures to avoid such delay in future. the refund amt please be credited into my bank account without further delay.
