NON PAYMENT OF TDR CLAIM BY INDIAN RAILWAY

I had booked the railway ticket for journey from Jaipur to Kanpur in 3A class on 9-11 in Tatkal for journey on 11-12 with transition id-0166074627 (Rail Zone ER) on above mentioned PNR NO. Payment of Rs.2178/ was made through I Cash Card.

Train was late about 24 Hrs (Indefinite Period) from starting station Jaipur and decided not to travel on same train due to urgent work at Kanpur.on 12-12.

I had lodged the TDR claim as per IRCTC rule on12-12 and IRCTC farwarded to Indian Railway.but so far Indian railway has not setteled the claim. So many reminders were sent to IRCTC by me and IRCTC has also sent reminders to Indian Railway Railway on 22-Dec .and already issued Reminders on 01-Sep and 07-Oct and 10-Apr and 13-Jul and 19-May to concerned railway to chase up the case. But despite reminders by IRCTC but refund is yet for settled the claim by Indian railway. But so far Indian Railway has not setteled the claim and also not replying from last 14 Months.to IRCTC.

You are requested kindly kindly take necessary against Indian Railway to settle the claim urgently..

We have also sent a latest reminder with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to concerned railway on dt. 02-Dec to chase up the case. As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account..
