Ike transfered through railway not delivered to destination after 7days

Hi

I have transfered bike to Karnal (Haryana) on saturday (15-jan), via Jhelum express. which is suppose to reach 16-jan at 11 p.m. but after 7 days my bike is not delivered to destination.
