My reservation ticket is not being cancel

I have booked my train ticket from dibrugarh town railway station reservation counter on 10 march . my PNR No 213-2975091and ticket No-07833197 train no 12236 date of journey -20 JUN From CHHAPRA JN TO DIBRUGARH . i want to cancelled it but it is not being cancelled . i have gone five time to dibrugarh town railway station but they reply it will not be cancelled now .my mobile no -9957061571 . now my ticket kept crs dibrugarh from 23 march .i daily asking about cancelation but he reply no not cancel . please take necessary action for cancel my ticket . because I ma losing rs 4180/ my passengers detail –
