I had booked 3 tickets for my friends from Bangalore to Mangalore on 30/07. Class A3 which is an Air condition class, the booking waiting list, later 2 tickets got confirmed and the 3rd one was wait listed, hence 2 passengers travelled, the train TT did not issue us any acknowledgement as we were not even aware of it as recently I came to know that such acknowledgement was required when enquired why was my refund not approved, can any one thing that the TT might had let us travel without confirmation of ticket that to in an Ac class, request you help us get our money back.
