I am tourist from the Republic of Mauritius and booked 2 tickets on the Bhubaneshwar Rajdhani train for my husband, Kaviraj Sharma Peedoly and myself on the 09th December. We chose to travel on Rajdhani Express in the 2nd AC to avoid problems and spend a comfortable trip. Unfortunately, as we were nearing Tata Nagar, my stop, the Railway attendant servicing the A2 compartment, approached me asking outrightly for tips. As i did not have change, I gave him Rs. 20 and he rebuked me saying that it was not enough. I told him i did not have change and to this he answered that he had and if I wished, he could change it for me. I believe such kind of attitude gives a very bad image of not only the Railways but of India. On one hand India is trying to make an image in the international market and especially amidst the tourist industry and on the other hand we have such kind of mishaps.
My PNR number is : 220-0194087
Railway Attendant: Mr. Mahesh Jha.
Train number: 2444 (Delhi to Bhubhaneshwar, Rajdhani)
