Mismanagement of railway and Customer inconveniences

I have 8 tickets for a jouney to Haridwar on 14 April. It was really horible to us. The train was late 2.30 hrs without proper information to the customers. No proper waiting room for those paid high amount for A/c tickets.

Foul smell in the platform, no information, no place sit. Clothes provided were dirty in the train, used by others not washed before giving to other commuters
