A.C. not working and staff iresponsible

Dear Sir, I am traveling with my family in train 2611 in G-9 coach from Chennai to Agra cantt, The started from chennai at 6.10 A.M. and before that itself we have infomed the technical staff Mr. Veduval to rectify the prob. but he took it casually and than they all are struggling to repair it but nothing is happening.

Also, water is not there in the coach.

There lots of cockroaches in the coach also.

Pl. take action against the staff.
