Non reserve seats are blocked by TC in Totticorian Train

Dear Sir,

The Totticorian Train will departure at 6.00 P M daily from Mysore station. In that train there are some reservation seats made in S1, S2 & S3, but lots of vacant seats are there which are reserved from Bangalore. But the TC and RPF men's are not allow to sit even the seats are NON-RESERVE.

Taking the empty comportment (i e S1, S2, S3) and rushing the other compartment makes passanger very dificult to traval.

Please make nessecery arrengment to teach these persons to behave properly with humanity and allow passangers to sit in unreserved seats in S1, S2 & S3.
