dear sir from a long time i have informed u that i was journy for jammu to kolkata and train canceled in mid way at lucknow so i am requesing to u plz refund my money and u told me after 90 days ur money will be credit in ur acount but after 6 month my refund money is not credit in my acount so i am requesting to u plz do it as soon as possible or i take legal action in consumer forum

Dear Customer,

Please note that we have received your mail and your refund will be

processed through TDR (Ticket Deposit Receipt). Refund under this

category is processed by the railways under the present commercial

rules and this process takes minimum 90 days or more. Once the refund

is received from the railways the balance will be credited to your

account.
