Non delivery of belongings

I booked my belongings through railways parcel at aligarh junction for muzaffarpur junction on2 feb butt till today it has not reached there yet.the booking no was H917837.on inquiring it came to my knowledge that due to non availabilityof space in trains to muzaffarput, my goods were sent to kanpur on 5 feb via link express train; from where it will be sent to muzaffarpur.but still my goods havn't reached the destination
