Refund pending since Aug 1

Dear Sir / Madam,

I had requested for cancellation of my tickets with the following details since the train departure had been delayed for over 9 hrs. TDR was filed on August 1.

No of passengers: 2

Passenger Details: 1) Hema Verma - 57 yrs - Coach A1, 3

2) Swati Verma - 28 yrs - Coach A1, 4

Booking medium: www.irctc.co.in using Credit Card.

Refund expected: Rs.5250 (total cost of ticket)

I received a mail from tdrprocess@irctc.co.in for the same confirming that the request for the refund has been filed successfully against Reference No. ekt2010081001479309.

Since then repeated reminders/ request for update for the status of the same have been sent regularly with no positive response whatsoever.
