I had requested for cancellation of my tickets with the following details since the train departure had been delayed for over 9 hrs. TDR was filed on August 1.

I received a mail from [email protected] for the same confirming that the request for the refund has been filed successfully against Reference No. ekt2010081001479309.
Since then repeated reminders/ request for update for the status of the same have been sent regularly with no positive response whatsoever.
