Echarge of smart card

From last one month I am facing problem with recharge of Smart card,

I am not able to recharge in chennai stations, i have tried in 4 stations (i.e, taramani, thiruvanmiyur, park town & chennai central); this is regarding indian railway;

In central station they are saying that try any other station;

for me smart card is very usefull;
