Balance Deducted from my Bank Account on e-booking

I had a transaction on irctc.co.in site... i wanted to book two tickets from hyderabad to chennai. But my transaction failed... and the reason stated on the website says that the money was not transferred from my bank account... but when i checked my account... it was deducted from there... in this case... my money is deducted but i haven't received the tickets...
