Provide Dust bin in Sleeper class

Railway minister,

I could see many of the trains in southern railway zone as no Dust bins in Sleeper class coach and only few trains have dust bins, that too many of them doesn't know that even in Sleeper class coach has dust bins like AC coaches below wash basin.

Please make aware of dust bins in SL and also provide necessary boards indicating not throw any waste outside coach through windows especially food wastes. Make environment green and India Green.
