Poor and dirty linen in 13307 ganga satluz express

1.i am a regular passenger in train no 13307 and 13308 from lucknow to ferozepur and back.

2.i have made 6 trips in 2AC class in last 1 year.everytime, i found the linen supplied was dirty and on some occasions even wet.

3.despite representation on every occasion, the staff on duty did not give any response

.can something be done about it.
