Ticket booking service via ircrc.co.in always hangs when the Tatkal window opens @ 8 AM. The service remains the same for next 1-1.5 hours till all the tatkal tickets get exhausted.
This is really disappointed to understand that if IRCTC does not have good servers to support the customer base then WHY are they in business???
Also, how can an agent book the same ticket while a webuser can't??? What is the conpiracy here???
