Sir,

I have received the below mentioned mail by IRCTC TDR team. Actually I booked the E-Ticket and filed TDR through their web site online. The procedure for filing TDR is clearly mentioned in IRCTC web site and according to that I filled the form online and submitted, now for E ticket they are asking TDR / TTE certificate which is not required for e ticket and finally the did not pay the refund of E ticket. Can U help on this regards.

This is the mail that I received from TDR Team.

REGRET Dear Customer, With Reference to your PNR No:2223090380, we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible as informed by Railways through their letter no: RF/IRCTC/11-12/217/13.09.11/CR and the reason being : 419-CR/50 Party Failed to collect TDR / TTE certificate in support of the claim.
