TDR not refunded even after 9 months

Dear Sir/Madam

We had plans for travelling to bikaner on 14 January (PNR # 6350250769). The train was delayed by 15 hours. SInce it was important for us to reach ASAP, a delay of 15 hrs want permissible for us. I had filed the TDR on 21 January. The current status shown is CCM Registered. However, no refund has been processed even after more than 9 months.

Hope to get the issue resolved.
