Non deliverance of Motor Cycle

Dear Sir / Ma'm,

Myself, Faisal Jawed has booked a motorcycle from Moradabad to Kathiaar on dated 20th Nov against receipt no. 755874 and today is 26th Nov the motorcycle is not been delivered while questioning to Railways Officials about delivery status they replied that there is no deadline of delivery.

Kindly help me out for the deliverance of my Motorcycle & let me know about the dead line as per Railway Norms.
