Wrong deduction of charges

Sir/madam,

I, Dhiraj Singh, have booked a e-ticket in tatkal quota today on 09/12 at 0800hrs and reserved the seat from Delhi to Mumbai in Golden Temple for 11/12. During booking process after confirming that the seat is available I filled all details online and clicked pay button, filled bank details and clicked pay button again. Display showed that processing …….. do not refresh/press back button etc. After couple of minutes screen displayed as session expired.

But the money got deducted from my SBI A/c No.30481965229, Kotdwara branch through my debit card No. 6220180058500128614. Kindly suggest me what shall I do now. The amount is deducted against the booking and ticket is not delivered to me.

It is therefore requested that the necessary action may please be taken and refund be made to my above said saving account. However I am in a dire need of the ticket, so anyhow if it is possible to deliver me the above transacted ticket, my request of refund will automatically be assumed cancelled.
