WHILE BOOKING A TICKET FROM IRCTC WEBSITE TWO TIMES AMMOUNT FROM MY SBI ACCOUNT WAS DEDUCTED BUT TICKET WAS NOT BOOKED. IT SHOWED FOLLOWING ERROR.

TRAIN NUMBER-22926

AMMOUNT: 475 MULTIPLY 2= Rs 950/

PLUS IRCTC CHARGES= RS 20/

IRCTC IS THE WORST SITE...

KINDLY UPDATE ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

NOTE- THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT I EXPERIENCED THIS WITH IRCTC SITE. THREE FOUR TIMES THIS HAS HAPPENED THOUGH I M COMPLAINING THIS FOR THE FIRST TIME.
