DISPITE PAYMENT AGAINST 4 TICKETS FROM SECUNDERABAD TO NAGARSOL TRAVELING ON 10 JUNE AGAINST FOLLOWING PAYMENTS TICKET IS NOT BOOKED. IRCTC REJECTED STATING BANK PAYMENT NOT RECIVED? PROOF IN ENCLOSED FOR YOUR REFERENCES. ALSO REQUESTED BY EMAIL TO ISSUE PNR AND TICKET AGAINST THE PAYMENT. THEY FAIL TO ATTEND MY COMPLAINT AND SAID YOUR AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 3 TO 5 WORKING DAYS. ONLY RETURN TICKET PNR IS ISSUED TRAVELING ON 12 JUNE. THESE TYPE OF PROBLEMS ARE COMMON WITH IRCTC AND NO SUPERVISION AND NO PROPER MONITORING.
