Hello Sir,

I had filed a TDR with Indian Railways on 17 Oct against

PNR number 6147895001. The reason for TDR filing was that the train

was late for more than 3 hours. As per the Indian Railway rules, I should

have been refunded the entire full fare i.e., Rs 690. However as per the

current status of TDR on IRCTC, I have been refunded only Rs 344. Please

look into the matter urgently and oblige.
