Parcel non delivered

Dear Sir,

I am writing due to a non parcel delivery from India to Portugal. The receipt reference number is EW397756411IN. I sent is over 4 weeks ago and was sent thru air mail the lady in the counter told me it will be in Portugal in 2 weeks, it's been over 5 weeks and still no parcel delivered. Can you help me try to find where and what I must do to receive this parcel which I paid 1640 ruppya.
