Complaint background:

We have taken our Indica DLG-E-III Car for normal repair at workshop of the dealer M/s. Sukh Sagar Motors Pvt. Ltd. Jabalpur on 20/5/10 where Fuel filter and Sedimentor assy were changed making a plea that these were not working properly and the dealer charged us Rs.9208/- vide Inv. No. SkSmpl-JP1-1011-00847. The Car was purchased from the said dealer vide Inv no.0011 dated 26/7/08 which run only 22957 Kms till the date of repair. We have 2 more Indica Cars No. MP21CA0425 and MP21CA0920 and one Safari VX No. MP21CA1715 and Tata Cars are being used by us from last many years. Cars & spares are always found trustworthy and this type of complaint was never seen in spares of any of our Cars taken for services. It seems that the dealer has unnecessarily changed the fuel filter and sedimentor accy. Thus, we are not satisfied with the service of dealership. All Tata Cars are being used by us for personal and business purposes only and not for Taxy or to carry passengers for hire.

Resolution required:

Since we possess 3 to 4 Tata Cars at a time and service is required to be availed on regular basis. We expect fare dealing at all times.
