Shabby treatment of Hostess

I travelled from Chennai to Hyderabad on 18-08 vide PNR No ECH4CN.Iwas exhausted as I boarded and requested for a glass of water. Till about end of flight inspited repeated reminders I could not a glass of water. When reminded to the hostees whaen near my seat she bursted out to say she is not obliged to serve me water. This shabby treatment meted out to me was shocking & disgraceful. This situation must be rectified immediately and I require an early redressal.
