STAFF BEHAVIOUR

I & my mother (senior citizen) traveled yesterday from Banglore to Hyderabad in FLIGHT NO-6E-152, seat numbers-9A, 9B

We boarded the flight at 18:30 hrs, for the fight to be taken off at 19:15 hrs.

OUR REQUEST FOR A GLASS OF WATER WAS NOT MET BY THE AIR HOSTESS.TILL WE REACHED HYDERABAD, IN SPITE OF OUR REPEATED REQUESTS.

WHAT SHOCKED US FURTHER WAS THE ARROGANCE OF THE AIR HOSTESS-MS.ARCHANA, FOR SERVING WATER TO EVERY ONE ELSE, EXCEPT BOTH OF US.

It pains me to see this attiude of the staff who need to understand the meaning of the word 'hostess'.
