I had booked tickets on Indigo flights from Vadodara to Patna via Delhi.
The flight had been delayed by 30-40 Mins from Vadodara and there is no through check in facility and hence i had to get down at Delhi airport, collect my baggage and head towards the terminal which itself took 20 minutes and there was no assistance from Indigo ground staff at the delhi airport.
Now i am being penalized for no fault of mine.
I have been told that since there was a no show, they cannot refund the ticket amount. Clearly, it has been Indigo's fault that i was not able to board the flight.
what i would appreciate is refund for my ticket as the same is my right.
