Misconduct during luggage check in and lack of coordination

To whosoever it may concern,

There are two cases which I would like to complaint about.

1. I had my Indigo flight from Hyderabad to Jaipur on the 8th of July scheduled at 8:55pm. I got a message that the the flight has been preponed to 8:30pm. Irrespective of this fact, my dad, who had booked my ticket, was getting continuous calls starting from 8:30pm by Indigo officials that the flight is being delayed due to me even though the flight had not even landed at Hyderabad.

I think Indigo officials/employees do not get proper training. Such a reputed airline has the worst coordination ever. People do not know what announcement is to made and when.

2. I had my Indigo flight from Jaipur to Chennai on the 12th of July at 10:15pm. I am a college student and was returning back to hostel with a lot of luggage that was exceeding the permitted weight. I asked one of the families to club in one of my bags with theirs. They permitted but your official/incharge was so adamant that she didnt allow me to do so. Although there were cases that people were clubbing outside the airport. If you are so particular about your regulations, you should not be allowing that also. And you do not have the right to sneak upon anybody's luggage that its not theirs and they should not club.

Lastly, please teach some manners to the ground staff as they have no politeness and etiquette to talk to a customer/passenger.

I have had the worst experience in this airline. Kindly amend your services for the benefit of your customers.
