As on 25th May we were not allowed to board the flight at 12: 25pm inspite of being early at the check in counter, becuase yatra ha not paid the infant fare to indigo, inspite of our request to pay for the infant fare additonally, Mr. Sumaya the manager at Indigo refused to allow me and my infant baby, he was abusive, rude and un courteous, we are in the process of filing a complaint with the respective government authorities, we need a full compensation as well as refund
