We are using Indigo Tata Manza for nearly 2 yrs.
We have following problems, which have risen immediately after purchase of the vehicle & are yet to be addressed by the Company, for which we want immediate resolution :
1). In the diesel version, the average indicated in comparisons with other cars is 19 Kmpl….so far (aftr 24 months) it is yet to cross the average of 12-13Kmpl... so far no resolution from the company nor from the dealer M/s. AutoLinks, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.
2). The Display Panel on the dash board was defective …although it has been replaced twice after lot of efforts & cajoling with the dealership M/s. Auto Links @ V.Kunj, N.Delhi…its still faulty as it was the 1st time….Temp/Time/Fuel Consumptions readings are inaccurate (the same agreed by AutoLinks).
3). The Music System is 3rd rate in sound out-put, ease of use & in terms of the quality of the reception of radio signals (even in the city like Delhi).
4). The Aircon for its Cabin size & space is totally ineffective and doesn’t Kool the rear passenger section of the car…the same highlighted to the dealer, but no re-dressal.
We have filed our grievances ref. Complaint no's : 1-16567650601 & 16567703881 dated 17.07.2012.
Can some one pls. help us in finding the email address of the Head Service Division of Tata Motors (passenger cars division).
