Respected Sir,
I had booked car Chevrolet Cruze LT from Shiva Motors, 88, Opp Edm Mall, Fie Patparganj Indl Area, Patpar Ganj, Delhi – 110092 on 7th April by giving Rs. 50, 000/- as booking amount for giving as gift in marriage of my daughter and they had promised me the delivery before 7th May as marriage is due for 16th May but on 27th April when I had gone to deposit the margin money Rs.4, 11, 549/- they said we would not be able to give you the white colour as booked by you instead we will give you the cherry colour and asked us to deposit amount mentioned above. I got the receipt and deposited these receipt in the bank from where I was to get the loan for this car and the bank made out the cheque the same day for Rs.7, 50, 000/- for Shiva Motors the next I went to deposit this cheque, AGM of Shiva motors Parshant Tiwari told me that they wont be able to give this vehicle to me in any colour after 21 days had gone by only when I had gone to deposit the amount they told me this and that too when I had told them earlier as well that this car is being booked to be given as gift in wedding. A salesman who knew my naphew told him that these people have sold the that car that came in view of your booking to someone else after taking Rs.1, 50, 000/- as black and now want to sell you a higher model of the car which is Rs.2, 00, 000/- expensive.
Sir, most respectfully asking for your help as only two and half weeks are left in wedding and I do not have options.
