We transported our personal household articles from chennai to mumbai by professional packers and movers on 27th jan and 11 items did not reach mumbai on 7th of feb. they claim to be an iso reg co. yet they are not able to trace our goods and they insist that we take claim. all i want are my goods and not my claim. they are not helpful at all. so please help us.these goods are in my fathers name. v.ramasubramanian.
