Non returning of extra fare

I boarded a taxi bearing no. (WB-19A-7707) at Birla Planetarium on 15.07.2011 at 8.00 o'clock in the evening for Howrah station. Taxi driver told me that he will charge Rs. 15/- for the scheduled destination i.e., Howrah. I had two Rs. 10/- note and I gave it to taxi driver asked him for the refund. He returned me Rs. 3/- and for rest amount, he told me to gave at Howrah station. But after getting down at Howrah he refused to returned me the balance amount and started arguing with me and took me till Tikiapara bridge approach. I finally got down ther and had to walked off without having my money. So such type of taxi drivers should be punished as they are spoiling the names of their association and also the status of City of Joy, our beloved Kolkata.
