Dear Sir,

I am a customer of INDANE GAS. My customer number is 12483 by name Shambhu Nath Gupta at Swatantra Gas Agency Civil Lines Kanpur.

I want to inform you that I had booked my gas on 26/12. But till date gas has not been delivered till date. They do not book gas before 21 days after delivery and then do not deliver before 40 days after delivery. This is not the first time that it happened to me. It always happens. Everybody can be seen shouting at the agency throughout the day. We are told the reason gas crisis. But it is always available in black market for double price.

Kindly look into the matter.

We shall be highly obliged if you ensure us prompt delivery.
