I have deposited the PNG gas online Invoice No:-100003156908 dt.17.06.2011 for Rs 811.92 for the period 16.03.11to31.05.11 vide Cheque No.180920dt.05.07.11 for Rs 811.92 drawn on State Bank of India, Rohini Branch, Sector:- 9, Rohini, Delhi:-110085 (Branch Code No:- 4394) deposited through Drop Box fixed at the gate room of KEWAL KUNJ APARTMENT, Sector:-13, Rohini, Delhi 110085 ON 06.07.2011. I have
cheked my bank account on 16.07.11and found the same have not been debited to my bank account. After that I complaint to customer care officeof Indraprestha gas Ltd Vide there telephone No:-45195959. Immediately I got a message on my Mobile No.9958395977 giving the Complaint with Reference Id: FIN 201139398 is logged and it is under progress. On 20Th July at 10.37AM I got a messageon my MobileNo.9958395977 from IGL customer Care office saying that " YOUR COMPLAINT WITH REFERENCE Id:- FIN 201139398 is closed Successfully. Pl. Provide the feedback, Till today, THE CHEQUE has not been debited to my Saving bank a/c. I am a senior citizen of 62 years I dont what do with IGL Ltd. I shall be thankful, if you look in to this and sort out my problem at your earliest.
