We have bought the Yo Smart from the Yo World in May. Ever since then till date the device is not working properly. Minimum once in a fortnight we have to register the complain and then they take days to resolve it. After we bought within 5 days or so it was not working so they took it away for the servicing and did not return it back to us for around one month. The first free service got wasted because of this. Since it was unused and it was with them only for more than a month. These incidents kept repeating. Now it has become a habit of theirs not to pay any heed to us. We are sure that they tried to convince the kid and lure him with the colour and other factors so that he is adamant that he wants to buy the byke on that very day. So we did. They have actually indeed handed over to us a model which is a complete waste. Which is probably old, technically not proper, not functioning well. They knew it and despite of that they sold us a defective piece. Now when the vehicle is no functioning properly we complain. We get it registered. After days and many phone calls and quarrels with them they resolve the problem partially. They are very rude to us as well. We warned them that we will complain against them in the Consumer's Forum. Mr. Piyush said that he has no issues and we can do all what we can. "Je takat hoy e fodi lo" were the exact words said by him! This was the height of insulting the clients. Even before the warranty has expired we have so many complaints and not a single one is heard from our side at all.
