Complaint for Refill gas cylinde

Dear Sir/ madam

I am a customer of Shanti Indade WZ - 427, Sadh Nagar Gali no. 18K, Palam Colony, New Delhi - 45 . Ph.: 25052040, 25052151, 25055568

I was booked my gas by 1260 customer care no. on 25.03.2010 which refill voucher no. 45. when i goes to gas Godown for cylindar on 01.04.2010 there is no refill voucher. and they are not gave me cylindar. There is a person which name is pankaj booked my cylinder from godown on 01.04.10 and say you can take your cylindar on 03.04.10. when I go to godwn on 05.04.10 at 9 o' clock for cyleinder he is saying that i have not your received refill voucher of 1st april after that I talk mr Manoj which mobile no. is 9212597014 is say that I send the 1st april booking to godwn. Mr. Pankaj is saying no and mr. manaoj is saying yes. when I talked with manoj strongely and I said I will do your complaint to IOC he is replied (Tumare jaise 36 log 1 din main complaint karte hain) what you can do.

So Please look this matter very urgently We can only waiting for you answer
