I booked a gas on 09.04.2010.Again I asked to the Representative on13.04.2010 because on 09.04.2010 he told me that my gas will be delivered on 12.04. he replied a very simple answer"your room was locked". Which is a blame. Today I again make call, he gave me same answer. My booked no. is 3839 dated 09.04.2010.
Pl look into it and ask about it.
