TRD REFUND

On 22 june my train was cancelled from asansol Jn to patna Jn. PNR No-6141953312 Transaction Id-0212491151 Reference No- ekt2010075001388360.After that i filled TDR on 5th july to IRCTC but from 5th july to 17th january i havent received my amount of Rs-920 till yet. I have mailed before many times but they are saying that it has been forwarded to CCM NR.as soon as they received the amount they will transfer the amount in my account.
