My earlier account for IRCTC was suspended and was asked to open a new acct. Accordingly I've open the acct with the user name kopi123, I've received the password in the mail, however the mobile verification has not been done as there is problem of receiving SMS's in Jammu and kashmir.
I'm a service personal and have to plan my travel in advance. May i request you to please carry out the mobile verification through a call and give password in my mail at the earliest.
