No Refund from IRCTC

Dear Sir,

This is regarding the refund of my ticket which is still not yet received after 107 days of booking. I had called up and written so many times to irctc but nothing happened till date. Just a simple reply they sent that they had send the reminder to the region.. But the refund service is really pathetic. Kindly help to get my refund from IRCTC. Such delay in my rightful claim from railways is discouraging me to use the services of railway for internet bookings. The detail of PNR's
