Poor service

I boarded A.P.Exp, vide pnr 266-5260526, coach no A 1, Berth no29 on24-6-12.The attendant sri B.Venkata swami, refused to give

Napkin. When i wanted to lodge complaint he became furious and even refused to disclose his name, Fearing action stated his name wrongly

as Venkatesh. When i insisted to change the pillow cover & blanket as they were already used by occupants, it was also rejected.

I request the authorities to lodge my complaint and redress the grievance, by informing the action taken on him.
