Hi Friends

I have booked a ticket on aug 8th for my parents

I have choosen berth preference as lower (i didnt get any lower) I CANCELLED TTHOSE

(i have been deducted 80 for cancellation)

again booked on 9th, even though there are enough berths (120) available

thay didnt alloted even one lower berth

ATLEAST THESE PPL WILL ATLEAST CONSIDER THEIR AGES 70 YRS

WHATS THE HELL IS THIS!!!
